Didika Salon

Booked for Daniel for a Butterfly haircut. I was not greeted though seen by him while he was mopping the floor after the rain flooded the floor. Not even a Hi or smile and say sorry that he cannot accomodate me. Patty washed my hair and after that was told Daniel is busy and she can do it for me. Not happy with my haircut. I was told it looked bad since it was not blown dry. I even had to instruct her on what to do so many time since it did not look like what was in the photo I showed. She tried but just kept chopping it off and ended not even proportionate after I washed my hair. Felt like it was done by a not so experienced stylist. She is sweet though. Please next time, be transparent if the stylist cannot attend to the client before washing our hair like I felt that I was trapped to proceed with the haircut since my hair was wet already. I asked if you entertain non-Spanish speaking clients. You guys said yes but then again looked to me I was declined and discriminated because I don’t speak Spanish. Also, was is blow dry a separate fee from the haircut? This is overcharging. Will not come back.

I made an appointment with Daniel to do my hair for my wedding, the appointment was at 8am and he said he was gonna charge me an “early fee” and I was okay with it, he came at 9 and he was still thinking I was gonna pay “early fee” when he got and hour late, he made hairstyle completely different from what I asked for. My sister made her hair with him months ago and we were talking about her and he had the audacity to say “she was so annoying” in a bad way, I was in shock. My friend was doing her hair next to us, she has a red hair and she was talking to her hairstylist that she wanted to be blond and he immediately looked bad at her and said “that’s gonna be horrible, she’s gonna burn her hair” I just looked at him like what’s going on… when I was checking out I claim not to be charge for the early fee because he was late, he looked bad at me and discounted it, I said have a good day, he was just looking bad at me and didn’t answer. Horrible costumer service with him. And the hairstyle didn’t even last, it was looking terrible. I also wanted a haircut but we couldn’t do it because HE WAS LATE and it was my wedding…

I got my haircut there for the first time in the winter and I haven't gone to another hair salon. I am of mixed and it is really hard for me to find a place that understands my hair if I cut it too short then it gets very frizzy. They knew that right away and cut my hair tohair the perfect length.
